These Terms of Use govern your use of all mobile applications published by Alfredo Caloto ("we", "us", or "our") available on the App Store and Google Play.

By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and productivity use. You agree not to misuse the apps or use them for any unlawful purpose.

2. In-App Purchases

Some apps offer in-app purchases including:

• Auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly, annual): automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime purchases: one-time payment granting permanent access to premium features.
• Tips: one-time optional payments to support development.

Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

Subscriptions

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

3. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or use a new device, you can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.

4. User Content

Some apps allow you to enter custom content (such as custom words or prompts). This content is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
